I am a German communication designer based in Shanghai. I focus on branding and integrated design, which combines strategic thinking with a passion for typography and illustration.

I started my career 1999 in Germany as an art director in the advertising industry. 5 years later I studied communication design (Diplom/MA) at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, where I focused on branding. In 2010 I left Germany and worked as an creative for design studios and international agencies in London, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. In 2014 I moved to Qatar where I worked as a creative director in a boutique branding agency, leading through brand strategy, design development and implementation, supervising and developing creative teams. Hungry for new challenges/adventures I left the Middle East by end of 2018 and moved to China.
